What is it and how to use the EZ-Flash

EZ Flash is a cartridge that serves as a "expansion pack" and that is inserted into the slot 2 of the Nintendo DS to expand the functionality of R4 Revolution.

Given the evidence we have done in R4-Revolution.com with the cartridge EZ Flash, we can say that the use is really very simple and intuitive and which is also 100% compatible R4 with the Revolution.

Regarding the new features added that the EZ Flash to the console are "Rumble", "Ram" and "GBA" which will be explained in detail:

• Rumble: carries out its responsibilities to vibrate the console (with games that allowed that ).
• Ram: with this feature we can expand the memory of the console in order to be able to use the DS Browser with which you can access to the Internet and visit websites in a very easy way if we have a wireless network (Wi-Fi).
• GBA: with this new feature we can play all roms of Game Boy Advance (GBA).

To begin using the EZ Flash is necessary to install the GBA Loader you can download here. This file .nds included within .zip is copied and pasted at the same micro SD memory we use to R4. Then turn on the console (with R4 and EZ Flash placed in the Nintendo DS) and enter to "GBA Loader," which created 2 folders to begin operating. The GBA Loader consists of 3 modes (which may change with the buttons (L) and (R) our console): PSRAM mode, and mode NOR Rumble mode, which will be discussed in detail in the following sections.
