Features of the cartridge

The cartridge R4 has the same shape and size than any cartridge original of Nintendo DS, with the same quality finishing. The R4 comes in 2 colors: black and white, with a label that says R4 in black and silver details.

The bottom line is that this cartridge has a slot where you can introduce micro SD memory, giving us the possibility to expand up to 2GB of capacity.

The cartridge holder is a gift that comes with the R4, usually in turquoise color.

At the same fit 2 cartridges and serves as protection for the cartridges to carry around without suffering any harm.

The strap usually comes in turquoise (combining with the color of the cartridge holder) and is used to place it in the cartridges case or in the Nintendo DS console.

There are also some models which have a metal chain that is attached to the cartridge holder.

The USB reader, is a micro SD memory reader, is generic, and it works like a dream, to have a USB port is very convenient and faster for the handover the roms, music, videos, and all those who like to file within our micro SD memory.

The mini CD that comes bundled in the box R4 contains the firmware (which unfortunately is not updated), the manual that explains how to start using the R4, and some programs that are useful.
